Meet Pastor William T. Bantom III
Pastor William T. Bantom III brings a unique blend of theological training, proven leadership experience, and a pastor's heart to Will Bantom Global Ministries. Currently pursuing his Master's in Theology at Restoration Theological Seminary (building on his Bachelor's in Theology) with plans to advance to doctoral studies. Pastor Will combines academic excellence with practical ministry wisdom gained through decades of faithful service.

His diverse ministry roles have equipped him with deep insights into spiritual formation, church leadership, and the practical challenges believers face in their daily walk with Christ. As the author of 6 published books, Pastor Will has demonstrated his commitment to sharing God's truth through the written word. His publications reflect his passion for helping believers understand their identity in Christ and fulfill their God-given purpose. His current theological studies continue to deepen his understanding of Scripture and enhance his ability to communicate biblical truth effectively.
Before entering full-time ministry, Pastor Will served as Director of the Wayne County Department of Public Services Road Maintenance Division. This role required managing large teams, complex operations, and significant budgets - experience that now serves him well in ministry leadership and organizational development. His background demonstrates the practical leadership skills that complement his theological training.
Pastor Will founded Will Bantom Global Ministries with a clear mission: to equip believers to discover, develop, and deploy their God-given gifts for kingdom impact. Drawing from his extensive ministry experience, leadership background, and theological training, he creates resources that bridge the gap between biblical truth and practical Christian living.
Whether through his books, courses, workshops, or partnership program, Pastor Will's heart remains focused on "perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ" (Ephesians 4:12).
